Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under European Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch consumer law.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Via the customer portal — Log in to your account and cancel your subscription yourself using the ‘Cancel’ button.
- Via the model withdrawal form — Complete the form below and send it to us.

Refund
In the event of a valid withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If an item has already been shipped out to you, please send it back as soon as possible, unopend. You are responsible for the shipping costs. I will send you an e-mail with the return address.
Please note: The right of withdrawal applies to the first billing period of your subscription only, provided the request is submitted within 14 days of signing up.
